Aa amazing chub caught from the canal near Alvecote by club bailiff Maciej. Maciej is a keen light lure angler and caught this chub at a length of 60cm which is approx 8lb using his light spinning/lure technique. Well done on an amazing capture.
With storm Brian upon us and really bad weather this weekend, club member Michael braved the wind to land this lovely 20lb 5oz common from Borrowpit Lake.
